Representative Commercial Debt and Judgment Collection Experience
- Lead counsel in dispute over whether a business owner was personally liable for an arbitration award entered against one of many corporations that he owned.
- Represented the plaintiff in a personal injury lawsuit after the judgment debtor filed for bankruptcy, challenging the dischargeability of the judgment.
- Represented large service provider in more than two dozen lawsuits seeking to recover damages from clients who had unjustifiably terminated their service agreements prior to their expiration.
- Lead counsel for large manufacturing company in dispute involving custom production equipment that the purchaser alleged to be defective.
