Mark's practice consists exclusively of civil litigation in Texas state courts and in Federal Courts across the nation. Mark has handled complex business disputes and commercial transactions, including many matters involving commercial debt collection, piercing the corporate veil, judgment collection matters, and judgment enforcement.

Representative Commercial Debt and Judgment Collection Experience

  • Lead counsel in dispute over whether a business owner was personally liable for an arbitration award entered against one of many corporations that he owned.
  • Represented the plaintiff in a personal injury lawsuit after the judgment debtor filed for bankruptcy, challenging the dischargeability of the judgment.
  • Represented large service provider in more than two dozen lawsuits seeking to recover damages from clients who had unjustifiably terminated their service agreements prior to their expiration.
  • Lead counsel for large manufacturing company in dispute involving custom production equipment that the purchaser alleged to be defective.
